The most wonderful thing has happened today,
and so many wonderful things have already happened,
I have been chosen to be on the relay team,
for the big race on Field Day!
Mom and Dad are proud of me.
Even Masahiro was impressed,
and I sat there grinning happily,
thinking about being on the team in junior high next year.
